Where is align outdoors located?
Align Outdoors is based out of Rochester, NY - right between Buffalo and Syracuse
Where does Align Outdoors Service?
While Align Outdoors is located in Western NY, we are a company that travels.
If you have a project outside of New York State we are more than happy to take it on if it is the right fit and works with our schedule. Please keep in mind that out-of-state projects have travel costs associated.
Why is there no phone number or email listed on your website?
We are a small team that gets a lot of requests on a daily basis. By filtering leads through our contact form it allows us to review each request more efficiently. We will typically respond to any submission within 24-48 hrs. THe more information you include, the easier it is for us to give you a thorough and timely response!
How do I contact Align about a potential Project?
If you are interested in working with us for your next project, the first step is going to our Contact US page and fill out either the landscape or playscape request form. Once we receive your request we will review it and contact you with more information and next steps.
How do I reach align outdoors about potential partnership opportunities?
If you are a company (manufacturer, supplier, contractor, media, etc.) looking to potentially partner with Align Outdoors, please use the contact us form. We will be able to get back to you within 24-48 hours.

how do I get the align team to install my landscape project?
interested in having our team on your next landscape project? Fill out our Landscape request form.
After we review the request with your project info, your timeline and budget we will reach out with more information and next steps in the process. If you already have a design let us know.
Do you offer landscape design?
We do not have in-house landscape design, But we have Landscape Architects that we work with. After we receive your design request and assess the project information we will refer you to The Architect we believe will offer the experience and design that will best cater to your project goals.
will you install a landscape design that I already have?
if you have a professional landscape design that you would like us to take a look at please reach out to us using our landscape request form. Fill out the required fields and let us know you have a design. After we review the information and design provided we will reach out and discuss if scope and schedule align.
Playscapes
Do you sell playgrounds?
We do not sell playground Equipment - we focus solely on the installation.
Can you install a playground at my house?
We do not install residential playgrounds, We focus only on Commercial playgrounds - schools, municipalities, Rec. Centers, Etc.
We do install residential landscapes and sports courts!
How do I get a playground design?
We do not design playgrounds but if you fill out a playground request form we can connect you with the playground reps that provide design and equipment pricing.
How can I have a playground installed by the Align Outdoors Team?
If you are looking to have our team install your commercial playground project, reach out to us.
At this time we only install Landscape Structures playgrounds, so if you are not working with a landscape structures rep than we will not consider the project. If you haven't started the design process yet but want to work with us, let us know and we will connect you with the rep in your area!
